HOPE International Development Agency Australia (HOPE) respects the privacy of the personal information of enquirers and donors (the Client) to this organisation.

Personal information given to HOPE will be used solely for the purpose for which we intend, that is to provide the Client with appropriate information pertaining to HOPE programs and events, to provide opportunities for involvement with HOPE and to provide receipts for donations received by HOPE.

Such personal information will only be requested and retained by HOPE upon the prior consent of the Client. It will be used to maintain contact with the Client and to respond to the Client's enquiries, requests and instructions or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Any personal information can be withdrawn by the Client at any time unless the law precludes such action.

Personal information will be considered confidential and it will not be disclosed to any person or organisation outside of HOPE without the client's permission, except as otherwise permitted or required by law.

HOPE employs safeguards and other security procedures to protect the confidentiality of any and all personal information that the Clients provides to HOPE. Safeguards and security cannot eliminate risk, therefore HOPE cannot guarantee the security of your information.
